eeside took a clean sweep in Grade 3 at the 2004 Mini Bands by winning the best band and best drum core prizes. This marks a 100% record in Grade 3 thus far in the 2004 season.

Deeside then went on to play in Grade 2 where they were placed 2nd behind only ASCO Buchan. This marks the best possible start to the season for Deeside, and makes the band very confident for the season ahead.

A special mention must also be made for our good friends Kirkwall City who won both Grade 4 and best drum core in grade 4. This was an outstanding result and we wish them all the best for the upcoming season.
